There are multiple reasons for this website. The reasons for this website is to provide information and descriptions of the ancient renaissance. To accomplish this task, I have split the website into sections of historical figures from each time period, with their accomplishments and influences following. This website is also purposing as a project for my html class, where this website will test our knowledge of our understanding and learning of the language.
Johannes Gutenberg
Johannes Gutenberg influenced the early renaissance. Gutenberg is most famous for his invention in the printing press. With this new invention, people were able to mass produce books. This led to the spreading of new ideas, technology, and the ability to read.
With his printing press, Gutenberg printed the bible in Mainz in 1452-1454/55. It consisted of 42 lines per page, and 180 copies were made. It was named the Gutenberg Bible. This information was from http://www.gutenberg.de/english/zeitleis.htm
